Real Madrid closing on a Galactico signing

Real has submitted a bid for Courtois around £31 million, but Chelsea wants Real to up their bid to £40 million. It is understandable that Courtois is one of the best goalkeepers at present, and after a brilliant World Cup that earned him the Golden Glove. Chelsea doesn't want to lose their man cheaply who considers him to be more valuable than Alisson.
But the concern is that he only has a year left on his contract, meaning he can leave on a free transfer after the end of the season.
According to Don Balon, Florentino Perez could get his man if he could pay what Chelsea demands.
Arturo Vidal could be on his way to Barcelona

Barcelona is seriously considering some options to cover the void left by Andres Iniesta in midfield, and Arthur Melo was one of them, but the team is looking to strengthen even more recent reports from The Sun claiming that Barcelona has agreed on personal terms with the Chilean Arturo Vidal.
Barcelona was interested in Thiago Alcantara previously, but Bayern was reluctant to sell him at this point in his career, which made Catalans move to the Chilean International.
The Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano posted on Twitter that a £27 million deal has been agreed between Bayern Munich and Barcelona.
