Chelsea looking to land Cristiano Ronaldo
Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has been eyeing a move away from Santiago Bernabeu and the Daily Star has reported that the 32-year-old would prefer a move to Chelsea.
Blues owner Roman Abramovich is desperate to make a marquee signing in the summer and the Portuguese superstar tops his wishlist.
There have been reports that Manchester United are no longer interested in re-signing him and a move to Stamford Bridge would be the next best option for Ronaldo.
Ronaldo, who managed to score just four La Liga goals all season, might be swapped for Eden Hazard, who is the Spanish club's top target at the moment.
Thorgan Hazard is on Chelsea’s radar
According to Daily Mail, Antonio Conte is interested in re-signing the attacking midfielder Thorgan Hazard from Borussia Monchengladbach.
Chelsea are ready to reunite with Thorgan, who spent three years at Stamford Bridge from 2012 to 2015, with his brothers, Eden and Kylian, with a move in the summer transfer window.
The 24-year-old failed to make a first-team appearance for Chelsea and was sent on loan to both Zulte Waregem and Monchengladbach, followed by a permanent move to the German club in 2015.
Monchengladbach are demanding a fee of around £18m for the Belgian, who has already scored six and assisted three times this season.
Chelsea are back in the hunt for Radja Nainggolan
The Express has reported that Chelsea have reignited their interest in Roma star Radja Nainggolan and the Italian club is not ready to accept any fee less than £40m for the Belgian.
The 29-year-old midfielder, who was dropped and fined by the Giallorossi after he posted a video of himself on social media drinking and smoking on New Year's Eve, has been a long-term target of Antonio Conte.
The Chinese Super League side Guangzhou Evergrande, managed by with Fabio Cannavaro, are also interested in securing the services of the former Cagliari man, who has netted twice and provided three assists this season in Serie A.
Nainggolan signed a new four-year contract in August 2017 with Roma and in October, when he was asked about Chelsea's interest, he said, "Well I made my choice."
"I never hesitated or thought for a minute so it doesn't matter if it's Chelsea or anyone else”, he added.
