Manchester City v Chelsea FC - Premier League
This is the third time that Maurizio Sarri will face Pep Guardiola this season. While City humiliated Chelsea 6-0 during their last outing, Sarri did win the first meeting of the season, by a 2-0 margin.

As such, Sarri should ensure that his team goes into the tie in the best of spirits. City have been defeated 5 times this season and in 3 of those games, they had taken an early lead but still lost. As such, City will almost always score, but Chelsea must have the tenacity and the belief in themselves that they can get even.
The London club is going through tough times right now. While results have not gone in their favour, they have also been slapped with a transfer ban. As such, they go into this game as the underdogs, but Sarri should remember that City were not expected to lose any of the 5 games where they were defeated.
Being an underdog against this City side does have its advantages and if Sarri is successful in instilling that belief in his team, they have every chance to succeed.

Inspired by Diego Maradona, Deepungsu played as an attacking midfielder for his local club at subdivision level in his initial years and scored an important goal or two. However, his all-time favorite footballer is Lionel Messi, and evidently, he feels Argentina's glory in 2022 is his favorite FIFA World Cup moment for fulfilling his long-standing dream. He is also an ardent East Bengal fan.
Deepungsu has been a Manchester United supporter since the year 2000. Unsurprisingly, his favorite manager is Sir Alex Ferguson and the Scotsman helped him get through some of the toughest days of his life. Like the fiery Scot, Deepungsu also leaves no stone unturned when it comes to accuracy in articles and only relies on credible sources.
Despite believing in Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland to create an iconic rivalry, Deepungsu reckons no one can match the longevity of Messi and Ronaldo. He spends his leisure time writing about life on his blog, reading books, and playing the guitar.
