#2 Using Kante judiciously

Kante has played higher up the field this season
Sarri's use of N'golo Kante has drawn a lot of criticism this season. While the Frenchman looked good in an attacking role early in the season, that effect eventually died down.

His industry and tenacity is an example for every footballer in the world, however, he works best when he is in the thick of the action. Sarri's tactics often isolate the Frenchman and keep him away from the ball, which does not work in Chelsea's favour.
In the win against City, it was Kante who broke away and scored the decisive first goal. He is very good while doing that, and the beauty of the Frenchman is that he can be both a defensive screen as well as be the first man forward in the counter.
Maurizio Sarri immediately needs to re-evaluate his use of Kante. Maybe he could start the Frenchman in a deeper role alongside Jorginho or maybe he could use a double pivot. The outcome of the game on Sunday depends a lot on how Sarri decides to use Kante because the Frenchman has the abilities to break City on his own.

Inspired by Diego Maradona, Deepungsu played as an attacking midfielder for his local club at subdivision level in his initial years and scored an important goal or two. However, his all-time favorite footballer is Lionel Messi, and evidently, he feels Argentina's glory in 2022 is his favorite FIFA World Cup moment for fulfilling his long-standing dream. He is also an ardent East Bengal fan.
Deepungsu has been a Manchester United supporter since the year 2000. Unsurprisingly, his favorite manager is Sir Alex Ferguson and the Scotsman helped him get through some of the toughest days of his life. Like the fiery Scot, Deepungsu also leaves no stone unturned when it comes to accuracy in articles and only relies on credible sources.
Despite believing in Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland to create an iconic rivalry, Deepungsu reckons no one can match the longevity of Messi and Ronaldo. He spends his leisure time writing about life on his blog, reading books, and playing the guitar.
