#10 – Gary Cahill (£100,000 per week)
Signed for just £7 million in 2012, Gary Cahill has proved he was worth the transfer fee. However, with a £100,000 a week contract, he's not able to do the same.
He's 31-years-old and his age is catching up to him. He needs to leave the club for his own good as he's not going to get a starting role once Kurt Zouma is back from his loan at Stoke City.
#9 – Tiemoue Bakayoko (£110,000 per week)
Signed from AS Monaco in the summer, Tiemoue Bakayoko has done more wrong than right at Chelsea. The Frenchman has been awful in most of the games he's played and has proved all the doubters right.
With a contract of £110,000 a week, he's certainly not doing enough on the pitch to prove he's worth it. He needs to get things together soon or his time at the club might come to an abrupt end.
#8 – Willian (£120,000 per week)
Of all the players at the club, Willian has had the most inconsistent career at Stamford Bridge. He was an instant hero among the fans for joining Chelsea despite having a medical at Tottenham.
However, his performances have been sinusoidal over the last three seasons. He was good in Mourinho's last season and was doing well until his mather sadly passed away. He was visibly shaken but he tried his best to get back to his best.
His current deal expires in 2020 and the Brazilain will do his best to get another one. It might not improve his £120,000 a week wages but he will be fighting until the very end for one.
