#9 Christian Pulisic - £150,000 per week
Chelsea have a highly talented and young squad at the moment. One of the players who could thrive under Thomas Tuchel is Christian Pulisic. The former Borussia Dortmund star joined Chelsea in January 2019 for £58 million, and remains the most expensive North American player to date.
He appeared in ten of 12 games in Chelsea's triumphant Champions League campaign, scoring two goals. Pulisic takes home a handsome sum of £150,000 per week at Chelsea.
#8 Mateo Kovacic - £150,000 per week
Mateo Kovacic has had an interesting career, and has played with some very big names. He began his career with Dinamo Zagreb before moving to Italy with Inter Milan. After that he secured a move to Real Madrid, where he won his first Champions League trophy.
Kovacic signed for Chelsea in 2018, initially on loan, before the move became permanent a year later. His versatility in the middle of the park comes in handy, which makes him a great option for Chelsea coming off the bench. Kovacic has a weekly salary of £150,000 at the club.
#7 Kai Havertz - £150,000 per week
After struggling to adjust to life at his new club, Kai Havertz seems to have finally found his feet. He was given a lot of chances by coach Thomas Tuchel last season. That culminated with the German winger scoring the winning goal in the Champions League final for Chelsea, which was also his first-ever strike in the competition.
#6 Cesar Azpilicueta - £150,000 per week
At number six on our list, we have Chelsea's longest-serving player and captain, Cesar Azpilicueta. The Spaniard has played as a right-back for most of his career. But in recent years, he has been utilised as a centre-back by Chelsea.
His current contract expires next summer. But Chelsea should be more than happy to offer him an extension rather than letting him leave for free.
#5 Kepa Arrizabalaga - £155,000 per week
The top five earners at Chelsea are all recent signings, starting with Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Kepa is one of the highest-paid goalkeepers in the world. The Spaniard was once one of the most promising goalkeeping talents in Europe. But a string of poor performances have seen him lose his spot to the in-form Edouard Mendy.
Kepa Arrizabalaga currently nets £155,000 per week. Chelsea could be looking to offload him, as he mostly warms the bench in major competitions.
