Southampton duo Jay Rodgriguez and Adam Lallana have been called up the England squad by Roy Hodgson for the friendly matches against Chile and Germany.
Rodriguez, 24, has earned his first call-up to the senior squad after impressing at Southampton this season. His team mate, and captain, Lallana has also been called up by Hodgson.
Rodriguez has scored three times in 10 Premier League games this season, the third-highest for an Englishman so far.
Liverpool’s Jordan Henderson has also been recalled back into the England set up after playing well for Liverpool in all 10 of the league games this season.

His Liverpool team mate Glen Johnson is also back in the squad after missing the last two matches of World Cup qualifying through injury.
There were rumours that Ravel Morrison, Luke Shawand Saido Berahino would be selected but Hodgson has decided not to opt for them this time around.
