Ronaldo excited about his new venture
Any aspiring athlete joining the gym will be given the opportunity to work with state of the art equipment. The 31-year-old Ballon d’Or winner spoke about his new venture and expressed the delight in expanding his business portfolio. “I am very excited about this incredible CR7 Fitness Club venture with Crunch Fitness. We are able to offer great health and fitness to everyone at a reasonable price and members can use the same fitness equipment that I use," Ronaldo said.
CEO of Crunch Franchise, Ben Midgley, said, “It's been an absolute honour to work with Cristiano Ronaldo and his team. We're very excited to build something truly incredible, particularly knowing that we will be able to impact the lives and fitness journeys of thousands of new people as we continue to grow.”
Ronaldo’s choice of colour for boots
Ronaldo has been a style icon on and off the field ever since his Manchester United days and has his own range of cleats, the Mercurial Superfly boots.
He has a penchant for fashion, especially footwear and apparently does not like black boots, according to Nike's Max Blau, “Every player has their favourite colour, and it’s been scientifically proven that the colour of the boots activates chemicals in the player’s mind. For example, Cristiano Ronaldo doesn’t like to wear black boots because he says black looks slow and he wants to feel fast.”
