Cristiano Ronaldo releases debut "Legacy" fragrance

After getting a replica of his statue situated at the Museum of Wax in Spain, Cristiano Ronaldo has now successfully launched his first official fragrance, a scent which is titled as Legacy.

The Real Madrid superstar stated that he was delighted to have released his fragrance adding that it was a childhood dream to keep his legacy going among fans who can have something which is closer to him.

"It's a fragrance that leaves a mark, which is why it bears my name, because I'm a person who has left a mark and wants to leave more," Ronaldo declared.

"It's something I've wanted to do ever since I was a kid. Having a fragrance with my name is something unique and, when they spoke to me about it, it made me very happy.

"It's for everyone who likes Cristiano so that they can have something that's closer to me."

As is obligatory for fragrances, Ronaldo has filmed a short advertisement which can give no clues towards what the perfume actually smells like so settles instead for asking questions like 'why not get yourself one or two different jackets, Cristiano?'. He also uploaded the video on his official Twitter and Facebook pages.

Ronaldo’s start to the new season has been unusually a slow one with the Portuguese failing to register a single goal for his club and country. The three-time Ballon d’Or winner will travel to Espanyol this weekend and will hope that his new venture will give him the scent of goal so that he can start finding the back of the net.
