Would Ronaldo consider a move back to his boyhood club?

Sporting Lisbon is where it all started for the great Ronaldo. He became part of The Lion's youth system in 1997 then joined the 1st team squad when making his debut in 2002. When Lisbon beat Man Utd in August 2003, Ronaldo's performance caught the eye of Sir Alex Ferguson who would sign him, later on, that month after his players urged the Scotsman to get him.

Ever since his departure from his boyhood club, fans of Sporting Lisbon still follow and praise his footballing career wherever he goes and plays. With Ronaldo being the fan's favorite in Lisbon, there have been rumors of the Portuguese international to return to the club one day.

The main problem, however, is the price on Ronaldo's tag which is the reality right now for Sporting Lisbon. And with Portuguese team's lack of competing with the best in Europe may not attract Ronaldo to return when there is still a few years of competitive football left for the forward.
