Cristiano Ronaldo could be out of action for at least two weeks with a thigh injury.
The Real Madrid star is still recovering from a muscle tear injury. It is believed that he has tore his left hamstring in the Champions League quarter final first leg against Borussia Dortmund at Santiago Bernabeu. The Portuguese winger did not play a part in the second leg where they lost 2-0 at Signal Iduna Park while he egged his teammates on from the sidelines.
It was earlier suspected to be a condition called patellar tendonitis, also known as Jumper’s knee, but it was learned that it may be more serious than that.
With this news, it is understood that he could face 15 days out and that means he will definitely miss the Copa del Rey final against Barcelona as well as the Champions League semi final first leg.
