Crystal Palace defender Jack Hunt, who joined the club from Huddersfield town just before the end of the window, has been ruled out for four months due to injury.
The 22-year-old right back broke his ankle during training. The defender is yet to make an appearance for Premier League newbies Crystal Palace.
“Absolutely devastated to have broken my ankle in training (on Monday),”
“Got to take the positives, clean break and no operation needed.” , tweeted the player on twitter.
Hunt has made 104 appearances for Huddersfield over four seasons. He was signed by Crystal Palace from The Terriers for an undisclosed fee.
