Diego Maradona promises to run naked if Argentina wins World Cup!

Diego Maradona, the legendary football player and now the coach of Argentina National Team which had to fight hard to qualify for the finals of the World Cup has promised to run naked if Argentina lifts the FIFA Football World Cup.

Will Maradona do the full Monty ?

To quote Diego Maradona he stated that:

“If we win the World Cup, I will run naked around the EL Obelisco in the centre of Buenos Aires,” , this is what Diego stated on air. The media in Argentina is positive that Maradona will keep his word as he has earlier done a Full Monty for El Grafico magazine.

Diego Maradona who is not a predicatable character at all made this quote while participating in a radio show a day after Argentina thrashed Canada 5-0 in its last warm-up game on Monday before the FIFA Football World Cup 2010 gets underway in the rainbow nation, South Africa.

Now, it is upto Lionel Messi to make sure that he allows Maradona to fulfil his ambition of running naked on the streets of Beunos Aires.
