Food wholesaler EDEKA has been signed by Eintracht Braunschweig as the club’s official nutrition partner for the team’s return to the German Bundeslig.
The deal has been signed for a period of two years and was brokered by Sportfive agency on behalf of the club. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
In-stadium branding on the venue’s television screens and a quota of tickets for home games will be provided as a part of the sponsorship deal.
Andreas Laubig, EDEKA’s head of corporate communications, said: “We are delighted to be partnering Eintracht Braunschweig in the first year of its Bundesliga campaign as the club’s nutrition partner, we will provide the team with a lot of energy for the games and we also want to inspire our customers in the Braunschweig region with exciting activities around the agreement.”
