The Ghanian midfielder has recently used social media to threaten his own teammates. Emmanuel Frimpong recently tweeted a tweet in which he threatened his own teammates Mesut Ozil, Per Mertesacker and Lukas Podolski.

The tweet read- ” Don’t worry Ghana, I’ve got your back, Ozil, Podolski and Per won’t be going to the World Cup due to my studs in training”.

As per reports in Dailystar, Frimpong then quickly deleted the message but some supporters spotted it before it came off the site. One Gooner also said that ” Why would anyone say something like that about their own team-mates?”

Ghana will be in the same group where there will be Portugal, Germany and USA. They will first face USA in their World Cup campaign.

Frimpong has not been featured in any of Arsenal‘s Premier League games and this might be the reason for the frustration of the Ghanian midfielder.
