England secured a 2-1 win over the Netherlands on Wednesday (July 10) in Dortmund to book their place in the Euro 2024 final. The Three Lions showed great spirit, recovering from a goal down to score a 90th-minute winner.
Xavi Simons opened the scoring for the Oranje after seven minutes, but an 18th-minute penalty from Harry Kane and a neat finish from Olly Watkins late on secured Gareth Southgate's side's passage to the title match.

The England shot stopped had a fine game. While there was little he could do to stop Simons's fierce shot from going in, he made two saves and looked solid.

Walker was noticeably glorious. The 34-year-old had complete dominance of his flank, shutting down every threat that came from there. He made two interceptions, and one clearance, didn't lose the ball and completed 93 percent of his passes.
John Stones- 8.5/10
The Manchester City defender was impressive in the heart of the Three Lions' defence, marshaling play and preventing threats from reaching Jordan Pickford in goal.
He made two recoveries, won every duel he entered and completed 98 percent of his passes in a commanding display.
Marc Guehi- 8/10
The 23-year-old continued his fine showing at Euro 2024 as the Crystal Palace man looks increasingly classy in every showing. He made five recoveries and completed 90 percent of his passes.
Kieran Trippier- 8/10
The full-back might have been in trouble, playing in an unfamiliar left-back role. Will he ever return to right-back for the Three Lions? He won every duel and recovered the ball four times before being taken off at half-time for Luke Shaw.
Declan Rice - 8.5/10
The Arsenal man looked every bit a £100 million player. He completed half his dribbles, won all his tackles and completed 94 percent of his passes in a masterful performance in the heart of the England midfield.
Kobbie Mainoo - 8/10
The Manchester United youngster became the youngest player to play in the semi-final of a major tournament for England.
He marked it with a commanding performance alongside Declan Rice. Mainoo completed 86 percent of his passes, created a fine chance and won all his ground duels and half his tackles before being taken off late for Connor Gallagher.
Bukayo Saka - 8/10
The Arsenal star has shone brightly for the Three Lions at Euro 2024. His crosses, dribbles and long balls were all perfect and he recovered the ball three times before being withdrawn for Ezri Konsa late on.
Phil Foden - 8/10
The Manchester City midfielder showed his prowess, also hitting the woodwork. All his passes were accurate; two of his three shots tested the Dutch goalkeeper, and he won all his tackles before being taken off for Cole Palmer in the 80th minute.
Jude Bellingham - 7.5/10
The Real Madrid star had a fine game, He completed 67 percent of his dribbles, recovered the ball four times and won three fouls.
Harry Kane - 8.5/10
The England forward had a fine game, bagging a goal. He found the target with both his shots, drawing one save, and was a source of leadership, keeping things calm before his 80th-minute withdrawal for Ollie Watkins.

Luke Shaw - 7.5/10
The defender had a fine game after coming on for Kieran Triper at halt-time. He completed 93 percent of his passes and made an interception to keep the Dutch from restoring their lead.

He came on for the impressive Foden and provided the assist for the winning goal with a sumptuous assist to fellow substitute Ollie Watkins late on.
Ollie Watkins - 9/10
The Aston Villa striker was the match-winner and will be remembered for his fine strike that sent the Three Lions through to the Euro 2024 final. He came on for Harry Kane with 10 minutes to go and settled the game.
