#1 Paul Hurst- Ipswich Town
Ipswich Town fans rejoiced when Mick McCarthy left the club earlier, but if ever there was a case of not knowing what you've got until it's gone, then this is it.
The club appointed Shrewsbury Town manager, Paul Hurst at the beginning of the Summer, and the former Grimsby manager has not exactly set the world on fire at Portman Road.
Hurst has failed to win any of his opening 11 games at the club and has had his tactics questioned by Ipswich fans on a regular basis.
Hurst came within 90 minutes of taking Shrewsbury to the Championship last season but he has failed to transfer any of that magic over to Ipswich, despite bringing two of Shrewsbury's star players, John Nolan and Toto Nsiala to the club with him.
Things aren't going to get any easier for Hurst either, with the club travelling away to both Swansea and Leeds in the next few weeks. With the likes of Steve Bruce now available, will Ipswich count their losses and pay off Hurst's contract? I wouldn't rule it out.
