Jose Mourinho’s arrival at Manchester United earlier this year would've sparked fear in Juan Mata’s heart. The Spanish midfielder was dropped by Mourinho at Chelsea, despite being one of the best players at the club and was later shipped off the Manchester United.

Despite being linked with a move away, Mata has stayed at Old Trafford and started in all the games in the Premier League so far. However, the midfielder has been substituted off in all the games as well.

With Henrikh Mkhitaryan slowly making his way into the team, it looks like Juan Mata’s role at Manchester United might be reduced to cameos in the future.
