Liverpool will kick off their 2016/17 English Premier League campaign against Arsenal in a high-voltage clash. The list of all their matches has been declared and in their first 5 games, they are set to face the likes of Chelsea,Tottenham, and the defending champions Leicester City. On 15th October, the Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will get a chance to renew his rivalry with Pep Guardiola who is in charge of Manchester City this season on the last day of this year. Klopp will also get a chance to come up against Jose Mourinho who has taken over the reins of Manchester United this season.

A club with a rich history, Liverpool has been a team which hasn’t quite tasted success in the recent past. They will surely look to overturn that when they kickstart their campaign this season and nothing will be sweeter than a victory against the archrivals Arsenal on the opening day.
