Chips, lobs and cheeky finishes summed up the 23-year-old’s night. His every move seemed to be the right one as he dribbled past defenders as he made all his goals look like child’s play.

Gabriel Jesus rescued Manchester City from the jaws of another disappointing result

The 19-year-old’s dream start in the Premier League continued as he netted Manchester City’s first goal of the night. Appearing out of nowhere, the Brazilian forward kicked the ball into the back of the net to give the Citizens the lead.

He came to his team's rescue yet again when it looked like they’d have to be content with a point. Even though his header was saved by the keeper, he palmed it clumsily into Jesus’s path who was in a prime position to score the winner.
