Hazard joined Chelsea in 2012 after his five year stint with the French club, Lille for £32 million. Since then, he has been an indispensable member for the Londoners scoring 69 goals across six seasons. After winning the UEFA Europa League in his inaugural season with Chelsea, he received the PFA Young Player of the Year award for his exploits in the following season. Hazard was integral in Chelsea's Premier League title in the 2014-15 season scoring 14 goals with 9 assists to his name in 38 league appearances.
Chelsea followed it up with another title win in the 2016-17 season in Antonio Conte's first season in English football. Hazard, who was named in the PFA Team of the Year scored 16 goals in 36 games , with five assists to his name. The exceptional winger is all set to move out of the Stamford Bridge if rumors according to Sky Sports are to be believed.
