#9 Finland
Of all the teams on this list, they are the least likely to appear at Euro 2020, as they have never qualified for a major international tournament. But that could change in the near future, and they could be one of the teams who take advantage of the opportunities that will arise with the Nations League, from which four teams will qualify for the European Championships.
Finland have made an excellent start to their Nations League campaign, winning two games out of two. In their first game, they beat Hungary 1-0, with Teemu Pukki netting an early winner. They won their second game in similar fashion. It was yet another 1-0 win, this time over Estonia, with Pukki getting another winning goal. They will hope to continue this form in the next international break, and look to qualify for the Euros.
