#1 Mauricio Pochettino (Tottenham Hotspur)
The Spaniard has been working wonders at White Hart Lane for the past few years. He earned a lot of respect by overcoming an outstanding Ajax team that seemed unstoppable last season - overturning a 1-0 deficit along the way to get to the final of the Champions League against all odds.
What is more amazing is the fact that the club made no signings in the summer of that season. This time around, Poch, as he is fondly called, is taking his Tottenham team in the other direction. The Spurs are currently 9th in the Premier League table after losing 3 of their 8 games so far and do not appear to be any closer to finding their form.
Their Champions League outing is worse. Pochettino's men were recently humiliated in front of their own fans when they succumbed to a 7-2 drubbing at the hands of Bayern Munich. They sit at the bottom of Group B with just a point. If these results continue, the Spurs bosses might be left with no option other than to get rid of the manager.
