Paris St Germain v Barcelona - UEFA Champions League Quarter Final

Spain and Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas has hit back at newly appointed Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho for running his mouth in a recent interview.

Mourinho recently suggested that the heavy load of criticism targeted at him, especially from the Catalan camp, was aimed at him because he played a major part in breaking Barcelona’s domination in Spain.

Fabregas however ridiculed the claims. Speaking to Radio Station Onda Cero, he said “Madrid ended our hegemony? We have just won the league by 15 points.”

Mourinho has attracted a lot of negative opinions from the Barcelona camp, including the likes of club vice president and midfield maverick Andres Iniesta.
