Perhaps the most effective midfielder in FPL in the past few weeks, Gylfi Sigurdsson has become a must buy due to his recent exploits. The attacking midfielder has shown his quality once again under new manager Paul Clement.

He has been involved in seven goals for the Swans in as many games and has played a huge role in their recent change in form. The Iceland international also takes penalties and free kicks for his team which gives him a huge advantage over several other midfielders.

Swansea’s next game is at the Liberty Stadium against Burnley who have been awful away from home defensively. Burnley have kept just a single clean sheet in all their matches away from home and conceded an average of 2.27 goals when playing on the road.
