Gylfi Sigurdsson (£7.2m) – Swansea
Swansea stand at the bottom of the PL table but things may just be starting to pick up for the Welsh side. They put up a spirited performance vs Everton, but a last minute header from Seamus Coleman denied them 3 points.
Despite their bad run of form, Sigurdsson has been directly involved in five of Swansea’s last seven goals. Across the last 4 GW’s, no player has managed more shots on target (8) than the former Spurs man, and his tally is only matched by Liverpool’s Roberto Firmino.
He has been fielded as a “false nine” by Bob Bradley in recent weeks, offering managers with an ‘out of position’ (OOP) potential. His ownership stands at 3.5% and he now faces Palace at home, who have lost all of their 5 games, conceding 13 goals in the process.
