#3. David Luiz (Defender- Chelsea)
Price: 5.9
Fixtures: Bournemouth, Man Utd, West Brom.
With his price dropping to what may be considered a budget range because of his recent suspension problems, the Brazilian defender who also has a nose for goals already scoring 2 this season, finds his way into this list.
While he may have been one of the premium options in the past, Luiz is now in a somewhat affordable range and should be picked up before his price goes back up. The Brazilian is not only a solid defender but also a great long-shot taker, who, at times, fancies taking free-kicks.
Having racked up 23 points in six games despite a slow start to the season for Chelsea, Luiz is a must have if you can afford him.
The blues are facing the likes of Bournemouth and West Brom, and should not have problems keeping a clean sheet at the very least. In between those fixtures, the defending champions also face Jose Mourinho's Manchester United, which may be a tough fixture, but considering their defensive tactics against stronger oppositions, a clean sheet would not be a surprise.
