Andrew Robertson was acquired by Liverpool from Hull City for £8 million and was expected to be an understudy to Alberto Moreno but an injury to Moreno made Robertson the starting left back for Liverpool in the December of 2017.

Since then, Robertson has transformed into one of the better left backs in the league and was only behind Hector Bellerin for most touches in the final third of the pitch by a defender.
He had 5 assists and 1 goal along with 10 clean sheets last season and with Allison now taking over the goalkeeper duties Robertson has the license to attack freely.
