FIFA 15 Player Ratings Prediction

It’s not a long time from now that FIFA 15 is going to be launched. Earlier during the World cup we saw EA releasing the features and also prior to that we saw the system requirements for the game. So let’s have a FIFA 15 Player Ratings Prediction:

I happened to stumble across this video on YouTube which predicted the ratings of some important players in FIFA 14 which motivated me to analyze the major players and the change in ratings they can get in FIFA 15 from FIFA 14.

Note: Views can be highly fluctuating. Also, an effort has been made to mention young players with an exception of some superstars.

FIFA 15

Forwards, Wingers adn Midfielders:Cristiano Ronaldo- Ronaldo has had the best season of his life and had broken many records in the process. I think EA will increase his rating but not more than Messi as Messi was injured most of this season and is also their cover guy.FIFA 14 rating- 92Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 93

Lionel Messi- He had an injury and spent a major portion of this season on the sidelines but whenever he was on the pitch he looked menacing. I don’t think that EA will make any changes to his rating just because he played less this season.FIFA 14 rating- 94Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 94

Sergio Aguero- The Argentine has had a brilliant season and propelled Manchester City to a title victory. His rating should be definitely improved as he’s getting more deadly every season.FIFA 14 rating- 88Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 89-90

Arjen Robben- The Dutchman was clinical this season and showed some intent to pass too. His rating should be increased at least by one point. Though age can play a crucial factor in that not happening.FIFA 14 rating- 88Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 89

Edinson Cavani- He was as deadly in front of goal as a striker can be. Though he scored lesser goals than last season, he’s still bound to get his ratings increased.FIFA 14 rating- 87Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 88

Gareth Bale- This man has caused some serious destruction with his pace and accuracy. He’s been more than decent and have repaid Madrid’s faith in him. Expect him to be raised by 2 or more rating points.FIFA 14 rating- 87Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 89Neymar- Despite the criticism, Neymar has done alright in his first season in a major league. I expect his ratings to be increased by 2 or 3 points at least.FIFA 14 rating- 84Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 86-87Mario Gotze- After his transfer to Bayern, Gotze hasn’t really showed what people were expecting from him. But he hasn’t been bad either and he’s young. So I expect him to gain 1-2 rating points.FIFA 14 rating- 85Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 86-87Lucas Moura- He’s moved to PSG and since then, he’s been brilliant in the chances he was given. He’s sure to gain at least 2 rating points.FIFA 14 rating- 82Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 84DefendersGerard Pique- The highly rated full back for Barcelona has been accused by fans and critics both of being lazy. Don’t be surprised if he drops a rating point or two.FIFA 14 rating- 86Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 85Vincent Kompany- The manchester City main man has been on and off throughout the season. I don’t think there will be any change in his rating. City’s title and his part in it can see him gain a rating point though.FIFA 14 rating- 86Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 87Mats Hummels- His story is the same as Kompany. At times, he’s been brilliant and some times, just plain lethargic. Expect him to gain a rating point because of his age and good performances.FIFA 14 rating- 85Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 86Sergio Ramos- Though Madrid have won the Champions league, Ramos has not been at his best this year. He should lose at least one rating point but the ultimate triumph of Madrid can stop that from happening.FIFA 14 rating- 86Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 86GoalkeepersDavid De Gea- Having had an abysmal season with Manchester United, De Gea still showed a lot of improvement but was rendered helpless by the clueless United defence. He can gain 1-2 rating points owing to his age and potential.FIFA 14 rating- 82Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 83-84Thibaut Courtois- A league title and a final of Champions League, he sure achieved landmarks during his stay with Atletico Madrid. I’m betting on him gaining at least 2-3 rating points.FIFA 14 rating- 84Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 86-87Marc-Andre ter Stegen- Now that he has signed for barcelona and is being touted as one of the best young goalkeepers around, he should at least get a 2-3 improvement in his rating points. Being young and improving also helps his case.FIFA 14 rating- 80Predicted FIFA 15 rating- 82-83Hugo Lloris- This keeper grows 4-5 rating points in one season in FIFA. I’ve almost always seen him at 92-94 after just two seasons. That said, he’s also one of the best keepers at the moment with his acrobatic diving.
