India begin their campaign at the FIFA U-17 World Cup against the United States of America on the 6th of October. All eyes will be on those 11 teenagers on the field who, irrespective of the result, will create history. Nongdamba Naorem, the 17-year-old Indian forward, is one of those players who will catch eyeballs instantly with his style of play. The teenager displayed his prowess recently when he scored in India's 1-1 draw with Chile.

Naorem was in the Indian U-17 probables and has been with the team for a long time. Speaking on the preparations for the World Cup, Naorem once said, "We train very hard and concentrate on the training and both inside the field and off the field. The main thing is to work hard and that we do every day. Besides, we believe in one another and that helps us in getting better as well."
