#5 Cameroon 1-0 Argentina, 1990
In arguably one of the finest moments in African football, Cameroon, despite being reduced to 9 men after a double sending-off, handed the defending world champions Argentina a 1-0 loss.
Cameroon's Omam-Biyik headed the ball into the net and scripted the defeat of Diego Maradona's Argentina.
Successful in its attempt to keep Diego Maradona in check, Cameroon held on to the slender 1-0 lead and went all the way to the 1990 World Cup quarter-finals.
