#3 Neymar
A talent who has already been touted as the future best player in the world, Neymar was quick to take the La Liga by storm after his difficult first season with FC Barcelona. The subject of bids from both Real Madrid and Barcelona in 2011, the Brazilian forward opted to go with the latter, to link up with Argentine magician Leo Messi. But, the deemed successor to Messi recently saw his Barcelona days come to an end after falling out with the Barcelona board, resulting in his world record transfer to Paris Saint Germain worth €222 million.
In his days with the Blaugrana, Neymar was a crucial part of the devastating trio of himself, Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi, that tore the league apart since 2014. The trio nicknamed 'MSN' amassed a whopping 364 goals in 450 appearances together, winning Champions League in the process in 2015.
A special talent and a born winger, Neymar's ability to bamboozle defenders with his tricks have left fans speechless many times. Also, the Brazilian certainly has the confidence to handle the pressure of being the talisman of a club.
PSG have already started reaping the benefits, after giving the Neymar the desired freedom he missed at Barcelona. United also had joined the fray for Neymar in the summer, but the Brazilian opted for French champions instead. A tailor-made player for the number 7 at Old Trafford, Neymar would have certainly ushered a golden age, had United secured his services.
