#1 Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur)
The man of the moment, Harry Kane has been in blistering form all year and ends the year by breaking Alan Shearer's long-standing record of 36 goals in the English topflight.
He scored 21 times in the second half of last season, and his first goal against Southampton - his first on Boxing Day - was his 37th of the year, breaking the 22-year record held by Alan Shearer.
Kane matched the record with a hat trick or against Burnley on December 23 and has now set a new record of 39 goals in a calendar year for the EPL.
With Real Madrid rumoured to be interested, it won't be a surprise if the Spurs chairman finally cashes in on his hottest property.
At just 24, Harry Kane has already entered into the Premier League's hall of fame and holds the promise to set records. If his form persists next year, he might as well be in the running for the Ballon d'Or award
