#1 Jack Wilshere

This could receive slack from many of my fellow Arsenal supporters but Wilshere needs to move on. It is time to accept that Wilshere hasn't lived up to his billing. He had this whole season to prove his mettle and was given free reign to a starting first-team role and had just a mediocre season.
Plagued by injuries throughout his career, I personally don’t find him good enough to be a bonafide starter anymore. His performance has curtailed quite considerably and is no longer the golden boy for Arsenal.
Under Emery, I really don't believe Wilshere would be part of his plans. Wilshere plays with a lot of passion, in fact, more than any other player in the locker room. But mediocracy needs to stop, for which he needs to be dropped.
