#1 Adrien Rabiot (PSG)

Rabiot is the youngest of the lot and maybe the brightest talent too. This man is on the sidelines at PSG due to his disciplinary issues, he has been a bad boy it seems. But footballing wise, he is a good player, a player who would be on the wishlist of many teams.
He is a bright midfield player, good box-to-box stuff, a genuine threat at the attacking end of the pitch. Not long ago, FC Barcelona were interested in him but seems like they backed out due to the wage bill. Even now, Spanish giants, Real Madrid might rope him in to guard their fortress, in case they miss out on Paul Pogba.
Over in England, there are Manchester United and Arsenal, both needing some talent and fire in the midfield. Arsenal has already lost Ramsey and their transfer budget is very low. A free player would do them a world of good. He could also flaunt his skills in Inter Milan, AC Milan.
But he has to do away with his brash attitude first. The last thing that clubs want is to deal with problems other than football.
