#1 Mohamed Salah (Liverpool)
The Egyptian King arrived at the Anfield this summer from AS Roma amidst much expectations. He donned the roles of Right forward, Centre forward, Right attacking midfielder and Centre attacking midfielder for Liverpool this season.
Salah, who loves counter attacking and playing short passes was clinical in his finishing, dribbling and through balls.
The glory continued for the 'signing of this season' as he won the PFA Player of the year award and the Premier League Golden boot for his staggering 32 goals in 32 appearances for the Reds.
His best-ever performance came in Liverpool’s 5-0 victory over Watford at Anfield in March when he scored four, becoming the first Liverpool player since Luis Suarez (in 2013) to score four goals in a Premier League game.
By breaking numerous records on almost every match-day, his first season at Anfield was nothing short of sensational!
