#5 Brockenhurst vs Andover Town
After 0-0 draw, 29 consecutive penalty kicks were scored in the shootouts, yes you read that right. Andover Town missed the 30th penalty kick of the game to hand the game into the hands of Brokenhurst with a score of 15-14.
#4 Liverpool vs Middlesbrough
A never-ending penalty shootout did finally finish 14-13 after 30 penalties, with Albert Adomah missing for Middlesbrough as Liverpool proceeded to the fourth round of the Capital One Cup. The teams were tied 1-1 after 90 minutes and 2-2 after extra time as Middlesbrough twice pegged back their illustrious hosts. Both sides then converted penalty after penalty in an astounding shootout before Albert Adomah finally missed to send Liverpool through.
In the shootout, all 11 players on both teams including both goalkeepers, took at least one penalty. Suso netted the 14th for Liverpool before Adomah missed, bringing the match to an improbably dramatic end.

The game finished at 1-1 after the extra time in the semi finals of the 2007 U-21 UEFA Championship. The Dutch team secured a place in the final of the championship after Anton Ferdinand (England) smashed his attempt straight at the crossbar. The game saw 32 penalties in the shootout out of which 7 of them were saved.

4-4 is what the two teams finished at the end of 120 minutes in the 2008-2009 Greek Cup final held at Athens Olympic Stadium. Olympiakos eventually won the game 15-14 in the penalty shootouts after 34 kicks which saw the goalkeeper saving just 5 of them.
