#3 Unai Emery (Arsenal)

The general consensus around the Arsenal fanbase is that Unai Emery should be replaced. Since he has taken over from Arsene Wenger, there has been little to no signs of progress and in fact, the club is on a downwards trajectory.

Emery didn't set the world alight in his first season in charge but he did reach the final of the Europa League so understandably he was given a second chance by the board. This season, it doesn't look likely the Gunners will progress that far under his guidance.

Emery tends to make the wrong decisions by leaving pivotal members of the squad out of the starting XI or simply playing them out of position. Mesut Ozil is an example of a player to have been unfairly abandoned and Lucas Torreira is playing as an attacking, creative midfielder which is certainly not his role. Long story short, Arsenal should be looking at their alternatives.
