Inter Milan have confirmed that Yann M’Vila has joined the Italian club on a season-long loan from Russian outfit Rubin Kazan. The French international passed his medical in Milan last week but had to wait till Tuesday to meet his new team-mates and start training with them.
The 24-year old defensive midfielder started off his professional career at French club Rennes, for whom he had made more than a hundred appearances, before eventually joining Rubin Kazan in the 2013 January transfer window for a fee in the region of £9.6million.
M’Vila still has 3 years to run on his contract with the Russian club, but he might have made his last appearance for them, with Inter having made an agreement which gives them the option of permanently purchasing him at the end of the 2014-15 season.
