Galatasaray in big money move for Lukas Podolski

Turkish side Galatasaray have been heavily linked with Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski. Reports say that Galatasaray want to bring in another striker to support Didier Drogba and Wesley Sneijder.

The German moved to the North London club just last summer, and has managed to score 9 goals in 30 appearances.

Galatasaray have also shortlisted Bayern Munich’s Arjen Robben, Liverpool’s Luis Suarez and Luis Muriel of Udinese. They are ready to offer Arsenal £12 million for Podolski and are offering the player a £130,000-a-week, four-year deal.

Juventus, Anzhi and Bayer Leverkusen are also reportedly interested in the 27-year-old.
