Having missed out on their last two games with a thigh muscle injury, Real Madrid’s world-record £85.3m summer signing, Gareth Bale, could finally make his home debut in Saturday night’s derby against Atletico Madrid. Atletico have won all six of their games so far this season.
The forward made a goalscoring debut in a 2-2 draw against Villarreal and featured as a substitute in Madrid’s 6-1 Champions League win over Galatasaray.
“I think he will be ready for Saturday, no problem,” said boss Carlo Ancelotti.
