League high flyers Getafe will host Valencia in the first leg of the Copa del Rey at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez stadium on Tuesday.
Getafe has been the surprise package in the LaLiga so far with the Azulones sitting pretty at the 6th position after the completion of 20 rounds. Another win in the cup will see them progress to the semi-finals of the domestic cup. The side will be buoyed by the thumping 4-0 win over Alaves in the weekend.
Last season's 4th placed team has been one of the flops of the season so far. Valencia has been so far the biggest underachievers this season with the team languishing 9th in the league, just 6 points off the relegation zone. The Los Che has scored a goal in each of its last 10 matches and are on a mini-streak with two consecutive victories in their last two matches.
The encounter between both the sides in the league ended with the Los Che losing 1-0 at the visitors ground.
