Jose Mourinho parted ways with Chelsea for the second time

Chelsea made an announcement on Thursday about them parting ways with their fan favourite of a manager Jose Mourinho, stating that the club’s focus is now on ensuring our talented squad reaches its potential.

It was the second time the charismatic manager was handed the sacking at Chelsea, and the news comes after seven months since he led the club to a Premier League title victory. Chelsea have had a season to forget as they currently stand in 16th place in the Premier League table, following their 2-1 loss away to Leicester.

Rumours are now emerging that Guus Hiddink, Fabio Capello and Juande Ramos are the favourites to be the interim manager until the end of the season.
