Granada said on Wednesday that Chilean international midfielder Manuel Iturra has joined the Andalusian club from Malaga on a free transfer.
“Chilean midfielder Manuel Rolando Iturra Urrutia is a new player of Granada CF,” the club said on its web site.
“He has signed with the club for the next three seasons.”
Iturra, who has 34 international caps, was a major part of Malaga’s unlikely run to the Champions League quarter-finals this season.
The 28-year-old made 39 appearances in all competitions during his sole season with Malaga, scoring just the one goal.
