We all remember Paul the oracle octopus fondly for his correct predictions during the 2010 World Cup. He acclaimed a lot of praise for his psychic abilities as his prophecies were true till the very end.
However, what very few people know is that Spain’s reign of triumph was forecasted a long time ago by the French maestro. Indeed, years prior to their Euro 2008 glory, Zinedine Zidane highly rated the talent that the country possessed and hence knew that it was only a matter of time before they began dominating the world of football.
