Harry Redknapp "The Irreplaceable" manager!

Harry Redknapp is one of the best manager in the Premier League. He started managing in 1983 with Bournemouth. He has previously managed Portsmouth. He won the FA cup in 2008 at Portsmouth. He joined Tottenham Hotspur in 2008 after the departure of Juande Ramos from White Hart Lane. But why is he irreplaceable for Spurs?? What has he done at the Lane to win the hearts of Spurs fans?

After the sacking of Juande Ramos from Tottenham, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy appointed Harry Redknapp as their new manager. When Redknapp arrived at Spurs they were bottom of the league with just 2 points out of possible 24(8 games). Redknapp had a difficult start. His first two games were against Liverpool at home and Arsenal away. His side came out to beat Liverpool and drew one of the greatest games in premier you would have ever seen. He started a new revolution at Spurs and from that time Tottenham knew only one way to go. That is upwards.

Where is Tottenham now because of Redknapp:

After he arrived in 2008. Spurs finished 8th in league after they were looking down and out lying rock bottom on the table. In that season Redknapp helped Spurs reach in the finals of the Carling Cup unfortunately losing to Manchester United on penalties. In the following season Redknapp managed Spurs to their 1st ever Champions League Qualification. Pushing Liverpool out of the top 4 in the premier league. Tottenham in the Champions League last term visited San Siro twice. A place where Tottenham fans wouldn’t have even dreamt of. They have beaten both AC Milan and Inter Milan and reached Quarter Finals in the Champions league losing out to Real Madrid. Last term Spurs missed out on back to back Champions league qualifications but it was a season to remember for the Spurs fans as they reached new heights in Europe’s most elite competition. Spurs after beating AC milan last term were feeling right at top of the world.

His Relationship between Chairman and Players:

Redknapp has won a lot of trust at Tottenham. The Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has a lot of trust in him. Redknapp has been doing very well in transfers and has bought many players cheaply. The players at the club just love him. Players like Luka Modric and Gareth Bale are’nt leaving the club just because of him. Redknapp has good ability to hold on “big” players. Luka Modric has been linked with a move to Chelsea heavily but the Spurs manager is keen to hold on him. His relationship with the rest of the coaching staff in good. They co-operate well together. He has reached to new heights with his staff with their co-ordination being bang-on! Spurs really can not afford to lose Redknapp.

His ability in Transfer window:

Harry Redknapp catches hidden talent of players pretty well. He signed Wilson Palacios in 2009 from Wigan Atheletic which turned out to be a fantastic signing. He brought in Jermaine Defoe and Peter Crouch back to Tottenham. In the last transfer window he brought in Rafael Van Der Vaart the Dutch sensation from Real Madrid for a 8mn fee. He has good ability to bargain well and get players at cheaper rate. Rafael Van Der Vaart’s signing turned out to be one of the signings of the season as he was top scorer of Tottenham Hotspur last season.

So, He’s brought in Champions League football at the Lane. He’s got a good relationship with everyone at the club. Can anyone replace him?? He is simply Irreplaceable for Tottenham. If he leaves Tottenham, then it can be really difficult for Tottenham Hotspur.
