Eden Hazard: “I’ve always been clear - I feel good at Chelsea”

Hazard has no desire to move away from Stamford Bridge

In the final instalment of the Eden Hazard interview, Hazard talks of being constantly linked with a return to France and PSG.

His comments should put an end to it all! Hazard said:

“I’ve always been clear - I feel good at Chelsea. Every week I repeat the same on PSG. It's a big team, but an inferior league. I don't want to return to France, because I've won everything over there - the league title, cup, best player, best young player. I don't want to say PSG is a step backwards, but It would be returning to something I already know. I'm always in for new challenges. When I will leave Chelsea one day, it would be to discover something new.”

Those comments about France should now put any further speculation in the next transfer window and beyond, to bed. No disrespect to the French league but compared to the Premier League it IS inferior, Hazard is 100% correct. What is worrying is the talk about "discovering something new" as he says.

I am sure that one day, either Barcelona or Real Madrid will come knocking with a massive offer that could even surpass the fee paid for Gareth Bale! Until then and with a new five year contract reportedly being offered and accepted by Hazard, he continues to grow as a footballer to become the best in the world while he is still here, winning countless titles and trophies!
