Real Madrid beat Sporting Gijon 3-2 in La Liga on Saturday night and Isco was undoubtedly the star of the match. Los Blancos came from behind twice in the game to secure all three crucial points.
During the game, Isco was on fire and his winner in the 90th minute saw him celebrate with a unique gesture. The 24-year-old looked like he was celebrating much like fans at a heavy metal concert but the truth is far from it.
At an event where fans met a number of stars, Isco had been busy signing autographs and posing for pictures when a young girl approached his table. As Isco signed a photograph of himself for her, she told him about her parents who were deaf and communicated via sign language.
That was when she requested him to celebrate a goal with the gesture which translates to “I love you”. Isco agreed and even posed for a photo with the gesture we then saw in his Man of the Match performance on Saturday.

Isco’s performance may see Zidane reward him with a start against Bayern Munich in the second leg of the Champions League quarter-finals. The Liga side lead 2-1 after winning against 10-man Bayern at the Allianz Arena this week.
The result sees Zinedine Zidane’s side maintain a three-point lead in the title race – with a game in hand. They next take on Barcelona in El Clasico on 23 April, Sunday. The Catalan side will be without Neymar after he was banned for three games following his red card and reaction the referee.
