Clubs like Ajax, FC Barcelona are still more or less dependent on their academy graduates, but one can't deny that all the major clubs have changed their process of recruiting younger players.

Hailing from Villa Gobernador Gálvez, the 19-year-old Attacking Midfielder can surely lead the attacking line of Argentina's football in coming years. They know him for his acceleration, agility and dribbling skills and he can be a natural heir to Lionel Messi for his national team.

Puig is a natural born offensive midfielder who has a lot of inclination for going on the attack and combining with his teammates on the build up. Arp joined Hamburg's academy at an early age of 10. Having played through all the ranks in Hamburg academy, he caught everyone's attention when he scored 37 goals in 45 appearances for Hamburg's U-17s. He models himself as Harry Kane.

Finishing and Dribbling are his strong suit. He is agile enough to be defender's nightmare in a crunch situation. His ability to be in the right place at the right time make him more potent in front of the opposition's goal.

Arp has won gold in the under-17 category for the Fritz Walter medal - an award that recognizes Germany's footballing stars of tomorrow. The interesting fact is that he became the first player born in the 21st century to have scored in Bundesliga.

After his prolific exploit in the U-17 world cup, where he provided a hat-trick of assists helping the Young Lions to come from behind to beat Spain convincingly by a margin of 5-2 in the final. He has also won the U-18 premier league and lifted 2 youth FA cups. He has already played for Chelsea from U-17s to Senior team.

The Pacy winger can play anywhere in the front line, thanks to his dribbling skills and incisive cut insides. He can be a nightmare to the defenders with his direct runs.

Given age by his side and the skills he posses, he can be Chelsea's natural heir to Eden Hazard.

With lack of his playing time in the blue jersey and the fact that Bayern Munich constantly banging Chelsea's door for Odoi's services, It is only a matter of time that he will be leading the Bundesliga giants attack.
