Arsenal beat Burnley 3-0 at the Emirates Stadium with Alexis Sanchez grabbing a brace.
Calum Chambers also scored his first Arsenal goal as the North London side climbed to fourth place in the EPL table.
They were made to work for this win in spite of dominating possession and taking a number of shots on goal. The game remianed scoreless in the first half and it wasn’t until the 70th minute when Alexis scored the opener with a header from Calum Chambers’ cross.
Chambers then scored from a corner kick after the ball pinballed in the box and the defender stabbed at a loose ball to score. Alexis then made it 3-0 in injury time after a Lukas Podolski cross found him in the box. The Chilean kept his composure, dribbled past two defenders and scored.
